We provide community partners with no-cost financial wellness programs to enhance your current employee benefit package. Your company will be provided a dedicated financial expert to serve the needs of your employees – whether it’s as simple as opening an account – or as in depth as credit report analysis – we’re here to help.

How We Help

 

Open Enrollment

We bring the Credit Union to your employees! We introduce the Credit Union and the benefits available to your employees. We’ll customize a presentation to guide your employees through our unique services such as a Home Equity Line of Credit, Mobile Banking, Auto Loans, Checking Accounts and more. Virtual and On-Site presentations are available. Your employees can sign up immediately!

Financial Wellness

Many of your employees may be struggling with financial worries, which can lead to decreased production. Let us provide financial knowledge in areas such as credit score repair, retirement planning and budgeting – or ask us to customize a presentation based on a need! RIFCU associates can present to groups – or provide self-driven educational opportunities.

Sponsorships

As a community partner, what’s important to you is important to us! That’s why it’s a priority for RIFCU to participate, and in some instances sponsor, community events your company is affiliate with. Contact your dedicated RIFCU associate for more details.

New Hire Orientation

If you have a new hire orientation a RIFCU associate can join virtually or in-person to give a brief overview and handle account opening on-the-spot.
